It's been a rough week here.

I don't even want to write about it.

Let me just say that it's not just about my daughter's absence (although I am missing her so much), or being pregnant again (which is a difficult exercise in trust).

On top of everything(as if that wasn't enough), more challenging stuff is piling up, and it's heavy.  I am stressed to the max, and don't think I can take it if another "hard thing" is added to our pile.

Would you pray?  I feel like we are being pressed in from all sides, and it's getting hard to breathe.
"When hard pressed, I cried to the Lord;
   he brought me into a spacious place.
The Lord is with me; I will not be afraid.
   What can mere mortals do to me?"

~ Psalm 118:5-6

  1. I feel you, Beth. We are praying for you. I'm having a little spiritual crisis of my own. I'm moving from Missoula to work at my parents business and although this will give us a bit of financial security, I am afraid of what it might do to my relationship with my husband. I'm also frustrated with what feels like God not answering me. I hate that.

  2. That makes me feel better (sort of) that you don't hear God answering you. I wish I was more discerning! It seems like that would make life a lot easier. I'll be praying for you in this big move! Definitely keep me updated. And thank you for the prayers. <3

  3. Thinking of you Beth. I know exactly how it feels. lots of love to you.

  4. You are in my daily prayers. I appreciate you and admire you for sharing yourself through this blog. You inspire me to grow emotionally and spiritually. Thank you! This morning I read a quote that a friend posted on pinterest and I thought of you and all you've struggled with -- Don't confuse your path with your destination. Just because it's stormy now doesn't mean you aren't headed for sunshine (unknown).

  5. Hugs, Beth. Praying for your heart. <3

  6. I am praying for you Beth. Even when you can't hear God or Feel him he is there holding you and carrying you through, like the foot prints in the sand, he is there that you see one set of foot prints that he carried you. Congratulations on the new baby.

  7. Lord Jesus I lift up beautiful, talented Beth to. You know all of her fears and struggles, speak to hear heart right now. Bring comfort and peace that only you can give. Strengthen her, help her press in to continue to follow you. Relive stress and anxiousness and bring solutions to all the problems. Hugs to you my friend.

  8. Thank you, Tesha. <3

  9. Thanks, Lisa. <3
