My favorite green...Congrats on conquering the hill! My favorite green shake recipe is 1 cup spinach, 1 cup frozen fruit, i banana and 1 cup water. I used to add 1 TBSP honey but I don't need the added sweetness anymore. I've been drinking one each morning with my breakfast for over a year.
