  1. Fun pic!Have you ever tried making your own Greek yogurt? I did it once, and it's pretty easy.

How do you do it, Traci? I love Greek yogurt, but it's so stinkin' expensive.

  3. You get regular plain yogurt, line a colander or large tea strainer with either cheesecloth or a paper towel (I used the PT), and put the colander/strainer over a bowl, then put the yogurt in the colander and stick the whole thing in the fridge for a couple of hours. Gravity pulls the excess liquid out of the yogurt, and you're left with a thick, creamy Greek-style yogurt that you can flavor as you wish with fruit, honey, cocoa powder and your sweetener of choice, etc. You can probably do the same thing to vanilla yogurt, but since I haven't tried it, I can't tell you how it will turn out. I suspect pre-flavored yogurts wouldn't fare as well.Give it a try! If you eat a lot of Greek yogurt, this might be a less expensive alternative.
