Remember how I wrote about a video I wanted to post, but couldn't due to technical difficulties? Well, after a vast overnight upload, here it is! I chat about one of my favorite active extracurriculars, hiking, as well as health, nutrition, and my battle with anorexia. Let me know what you think! Should I have more videos here at Kitchen Courage, or should I leave the cameos to those who are better skilled in speaking and not sniffling in the cold?
